WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Most orders will ship within 3 business days. MyOldYamaha.com will notify you by email as soon as your order is confirmed, compiled and calculated. Once payment is received, we will provide you with a tracking number, and estimated time of arrival.
RETURN POLICY
Return notification must be received by email within 10 days of receipt.
If you received an incorrect item no extra charges will be incurred. We will replace incorrect items and pay the additional shipping charge.
Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Returns must be requested by e-mail and preauthorized by us through e-mail.
There are no refunds or exchanges on electrical parts except in situations where we have made an error in filling the order.
Returned parts must be received intact, in the original packaging, shipping pre-paid by the Returnee. Enclose a copy of your packing list or E-mail Invoice along with detailed return/exchange instructions. Applicable refunds will be issued on our receipt of goods.
PAYMENT
Once your order is completed and calculated, MyOldYamaha.com will contact you by email for payment through PayPal.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
In the checkout process, we'll ask which shipping method you'd prefer. MyOldYamaha.com offers a choice of three shipping methods for most orders, as well as two options; Ground and Express. All shipping charges and fees must be pre-paid with order; no C.O.D. orders will be accepted.
Motorcycle Parts to Canada
Canadian shipments of parts are by Canada Post, UPS or FedEx Ground.
We will obtain a shipping quote once the order is obtained, and will include Shipping and Handling Fees as part of the final statement.
Orders requesting Express Shipping will be shipped using a premium service such as FedEx 2nd Day Service or UPS Priority Mail; shipping and handling charges will be calculated and charged as part of the final statement.

All parts shipped to USA including Alaska & Hawaii, are by Canada Post, UPS or FedEx.
We will obtain a shipping quote once the order is obtained, and will include Shipping and Handling Fees as part of the final statement.

American residents are responsible for all US duties, taxes and brokerage fees.

International orders will be shipped by Canada Post or Fedex on a per-order basis. Recipient is responsible for all duties, taxes and brokerage fees. MyOldYamaha.com will contact you by email with the most effective shipping quote available, Prices are calculated as Canadian Dollars.
Delivery to Worldwide Destinations is typically 30 - 90 days.
SHIPPING TO PO BOXES
If you provide a PO Box as your shipping address, MyOldYamaha.com will contact you for a complete street shipping address. If you are certain that your Post Office accepts larger parcels, please let us know; we will be happy to ship your order to the address provided. Be aware that UPS does not ship to PO Boxes; you must provide a physical address.
AVAILABILITY
We always try to keep our site updated. However, due to the nature of our stock, we may have very low stocks of an item, resulting in an inability to fill your order. We apologize for any inconvenience in such occasion, but in the event of an incomplete order, we will contact you prior to shipping to allow cancellation.
SUPERSEDED PARTS
We have made every effort to accommodate superseded part numbers. Whenever possible, the original part number is listed, followed by the superseded number. Our database is searchable using either number.
